MICHAEL F.....OPERATIONS MANAGERMichael is a veteran with our store and oversees our daily operation. He is very focused on customer service and is very detail oriented (to make sure your work gets done right the first time!).
Michael is also an artist and has his own home studio and art school. He specializes in oil painting and can very possibly be the next Andy Warhol!
TRAVIS.... Graphic Design GURUTravis is a new member of our team and is one of the most creative, talented people you'll ever meet! He's a graphic design student and would welcome an opportunity to design or fine tune your printed materials!
JON.... "Master Printologist"Jon has been with our store for almost 2 years...he's an accomplished singer/songwriter, photographer / videographer and brings a whole range of special skills to our team!
Jon is our master "PRINTOLOGIST" and is well versed in printing services and can be very creative when you need design work!
CASSIE.... Customer Service Queen!Cassie is our newest member of the UPS STORE team...with a background in printing and customer service, she enhances what we do! Formerly with Office Max printing, shes a professional and will guarantee top notch service...stop in and introduce yourself to Cassie!
MIKEY....PRINTOLOGIST 'A'Mikey has been with our store for almost 4 years and knows it like the back of his hand! He and Jon run our printing department and will guarantee top quality and prompt service when you need something printed!
Mikey is an experience photographer, does weddings, portrait and is the official photographer of the Country Club Plaza! You can see his work on display and for sale in the CCP visitors center (and in our store!)
